WHAT CURRICULUM IS USED?
PRESCHOOL BIBLE CURRICULUM
First Look is the Bible curriculum which aligns with ALIVE's preschool ministry on Sunday mornings.
Everything we teach our preschoolers is based on one of three simple, but powerful, truths:
God Made Me
God Loves Me
Jesus Wants To Be My Friend Forever
The entire curriculum is constructed to incite wonder in a preschooler and meet them where they are cognitively, spiritually, physically, emotionally and socially. Through age appropriate activities, preschoolers are building their spiritual foundation so that by the time they graduate to Kindergarten they know the three basic truths.

Phase Foundations began as an idea in fall of 2013. At the time, the idea was simply this: there are approximately 260 weeks from the time a child is born until that child goes to kindergarten. In this phase of life, babies and toddlers are constantly changing. And yet, we believe there is immeasurable potential tucked away in these early years of a person’s life. That’s when we began the journey to reclaim the phrase, “It’s just a phase.”
Rather than implying that each phase is a time we must simply endure, we wanted to suggest something different: every phase is a timeframe when you can leverage distinctive opportunities to influence a kid’s future.
There are approximately 260 weeks from the time a baby is born until she begins kindergarten. Every one of those weeks matters because they lay a foundation for the rest of her life. Phase foundations exists to resource every leader and parent to give preschoolers what they need for a better future.
